Land link
A project can use only land from the same builder. Another builder’s land cannot be attached.
A project starts from land you already own.
Link land from your own bank, then add phases, approvals, and documents. Progress comes from the milestone weights, not from a number typed in by hand.

Phases and approvals
Approvals keep an expiry date. The legal page and the daily check both surface the ones that are about to lapse.
Plan limit
The trial plan allows 2 projects. Creating another one stops with “The Trial plan allows 2 projects.”
Progress
Weighted milestones update the project. A project on hold stays on hold until that progress reaches 100%.
