Milestones
A weight that rounds to zero is rejected. A completed milestone must be at 100%. Pending work with progress above zero becomes in progress.
Progress is the weight of the milestones.
Give each milestone a weight. As the percent complete changes, the project progress follows. Tasks, contractors, materials, and site photos sit beside that.
Tasks
A new task starts pending. It can move to in progress, then completed, or be cancelled. An overdue task is marked when the due date has passed.
Site photos
Photos are limited to jpg, png, gif, and webp. Download stays inside the same project.
On hold
An on-hold project stays on hold until weighted progress reaches 100%. Then it is completed, and the completion date is filled if it was empty.
